Intro (0:00 - 2:00)

Segment 1: What in the World is Going On in Haiti? (2:00 - 31:00 )

Segment 2: Will the Syrian Ceasefire Work? (31:00 - 1:00:00)

Edward would like to issues the following correction for this segment:
"My statement that the agreement which ended the Lebanese Civil War was precipitated by the Gulf War was inaccurate. Although the war in Lebanon ended in 1990, the Taif Agreement was reached in 1989 and was thus completely unrelated to the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait, which occurred in August 1990. I apologize for this mistake."

Recommended Reading & Outro (1:00:00 - 1:14:00 )

Edward's Recommendation: Why Is Bernie Sanders Praising Winston Churchill?

Carter's Recommendation: Reclaiming the Digital World as a Common Space
